1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SaaguMitra ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SaaguMitra website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Nature of the Platform

SaaguMitra operates purely as an introductory platform that facilitates connections between farmers seeking agricultural labor and individuals seeking agricultural work ("Laborers").

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: SaaguMitra is not an employer, employment agency, contractor, or agricultural business. We do not employ the Laborers, nor do we guarantee work for them. We are solely a technology platform connecting two independent parties.

3. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaguMitra disclaims all liability arising out of or related to interactions between users:

  • User Conduct: We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Platform. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users.
  • Payment Disputes: Any agreements regarding payment, wages, or compensation are strictly between the farmer and the laborer. SaaguMitra is not responsible for unpaid wages, disputes over pay, or financial transactions between users.
  • Workplace Safety & Injuries: SaaguMitra is not responsible for the conditions of the agricultural workplace. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that occur while a Laborer is working for a Farmer.
  • Quality of Work: We make no representations or guarantees regarding the skills, quality of work, or reliability of any Laborer, nor do we guarantee the reliability or safety of any Farmer offering work.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
  • You will abide by all applicable local, state, and national labor and employment laws.
  • Farmers are solely responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and providing fair compensation.
  • Laborers are solely responsible for performing agreed-upon tasks to the best of their abilities.

5. Dispute Resolution Between Users

Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising out of the working relationship between a Farmer and a Laborer must be resolved directly between the parties involved. SaaguMitra is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any such disputes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service, without prior notice.
